Use these to track anything…workouts, hours of sleep, protein, number of pages read, etc. Just fill in the squares on the right with a color and write down what that color represents. For example… 🟪 = Leg Day 🟩 = Shoulders.
The letters across the top represent the months of the year and the numbers down the left represent the day of the month. Fill in each square with the corresponding color for whatever you’re tracking.
